Sellado GOOD NEWS: If you make a trekking reservation for the all  year 2012,  we will keep our 2011 prices.  This offering also includes any other alternative trek. This offer is in force until January 30 from the present year.

INCA TRAIL PERMITS: The increasing popularity of the Inca Trail has resulted in restrictions being placed on the number of trekkers. Each day the Peruvian Government allows 500 people to start onto the trail. These numbers include all guides and porters so equates to probably around 200 trekkers. Although this seems like a large number the popularity of the trail means that permits are sold out very quickly. Permits cannot be reserved in advance. They are issued on a strictly first come first allocated basis. Each permit must be issued to a designated named trekker for a given start date. We can only obtain a permit for a confirmed booking. Therefore, bookings will need to be made early to ensure a spot on this program. To be certain of a spot we believe that bookings should be finalized before 2,4 or 8 months (according to the season) but clearly the permits for our trek dates could sell out earlier or later depending on demand from other groups. Once all permits are sold we will not be able to take any more registrations.

We remind you to book as soon as possible. In the past year 2011 the permissions for the trek have been ran out quickly, and many trekkers were left outside. Nevertheless, you can get a space for the present  year.  you must be sure of having the group details at booking: names, passport numbers, age, etc. next, we show you a frame for you choosing the date and start of your travel.. These details cannot be changed after you buy your tour. the regulations don't allow it.

In the next frame you can choose the day and date in which you would like to do the trek. ¡Good luck!

After your confirmation-booking, we will buy your trek permission using the names, surnames, age and passport numbers that you sent us previously. Later, it is obligatory that you bring the passport or the student card. If for some reason you changed your passport number, you must get in touch with us sending a copy of the new passport, and pay for the right of the change the sum of USD$25. This operation is made by our personnel in the govermental offices. If you will not do your trek, since the authorities are very strict concerning these details. Therefore, you'll not be able to ask for any reemburse.

Discounts you should get

Students will get 30.$ discount, but they must carry the ISIC ( International Student Identity Card) ( you may check the website of ISIC at http:/ www.isic.org) with them, otherwise will not get permission to enter the trail. You must be careful to notify your tour operator number of student you have at the time of your registration with them. Remember, you must show this card and passport at the entry point of Inca trail, failure of doing so would disallow that student to enter the trek. Children under 16 will get the same discount and proof of age is their passport.

Tip to porters, guides and cook (I will give only tip if i was given good service. ...)

Though it is you discretion of giving tips to the Guides, porters and cook, I am giving here a guide line of the range of tip, for you to decide amount of tip yourself. Generally porters get 5-6 $, cook get 10$ and Guides get 15-20 $. It means each member of the group may have to pay around 8-10 $. But again it is not mandatory.
